Why do I still get ads???

I paid for full game since I got tired of my daughter screaming everytime and ad popped up. Ads disappeared after buying, then game kept crashing so I uninstalled and reinstalled l, restored purchase and now I get ads. Please fix this or refund me.

Just installed this game for my daughter. Game keeps crashing right after selecting character...sad.

Once I enter the game my little sister complains it crashed this did not happen when I was playing other games with her

So, I downloaded this game for my little cousin. I wanted to play it first to make sure it was okay. The app did the intro, then it showed me the princess. Normal! Then I clicked on Ella and she said her lines, then the app kicked me out! I was back in the home screen! I tried deleting it and downloading it, but it did the same thing! I don’t know if it is my phone, or a glitch, but I do not suggested this game. And also it asked to use Bluetooth, and I did. Why does it ask to use Bluetooth? I don’t feel safe with this. Again, DO NOT GET THIS GAME!!!
