Notification not working

I have done everything to fix the issue of getting notifications from frontline. I emailed them and they told me to do all of the steps including background refresh. I’ve made sure EVERYTHING was on and working and still hav issues. I have even deleted and reinstalled the app several times and no luck.

The app when it works is great. However, it frequently fails to let me login. Today, it would not work multiple times and my admin told me to delete the app off my phone and reinstall it. But it won’t let me reinstall it from the cloud. It only has the option to open the app from the App Store. Fix this!!!! I want to put the app back on my phone. HELP!!!!!

A few weeks ago my review would have said this app was life changing for me. I could get jobs anywhere - no more having to keep my computer open all day checking the website, and no more missing jobs because I would get a push notification from the app when they were posted. However, the app has stopped working. I get an error message every time I open it. I’ve signed in again, and I’ve deleted and downloaded again. I’m back to missing jobs and needing to keep checking the website as often as possible. So many missed jobs now. Such a disappointment. Please fix the app.

It’s super buggy. Crashes all the time. I frequently have to delete the app and reinstall in order for it to load the login page, otherwise it just scrolls the loading bar continuously. When it works, it’s super helpful though. The push notifications are great when you’re trying to be the first to snag the best jobs.
It’s OK. Have to login or use Touch ID all. The. Time.

I get notifications first from this app, but it takes forever to login. Even when the app is active on your phone and you navigate away from it, if you go back, you have to touch Id all over again. I like jobulator better.

I hate the way you have to look up organization, then login…..too time consuming.

The app logged me out and now I can’t log back in. All it does is it keeps loading. It has been like this for a week.
App no longer works on IOS

After the latest update, I cannot get the app to work. It just shows the spinning circle and never opens. Also, there is no way to report this through apple as this app doesn’t support reporting. Very frustrating as this impacts my daily work.
