Clear calls- video okay

Clearer calls than Viber- but the video freezes more often than with Viber. Not sure I am ready to make Fring my favorite

I dont know what is wrong with this app; before used to work great thats why i decide to buy the unlimited membership (per month) the last couple of months this app is not working! I can not make calls bc it says i need credit! How is that possible if im paying a membership?! I wish i could have my money from the last 2 months of membership back! Fring doesnt have a customer service number to call! This is very frustrating!

Extremely disappointed with this app..I sent them several emails about the issue "could not connect call" several months with this problem, their customer service is useless.

I wish there was a way to just give a no star!! So I loaded "credits" as they call them and tried calling a specific country (Uganda) and the calls never go through. I emailed customer service (because that is the only means available) and have not heard back three weeks later. Is there a way for Apple to remove apps that do not perform as they say they will after they have charged users money? I wonder if this goes just beyond Fring being too bad to wondering how a company I respect so much made such a blunder to allow this app on its platform!!
Multiple Video Calls?

Wow. Poorly made app. Tried this for the sole reason to have more than one video call at one time. The call crashes every time we try to add someone. This app will have made it a whole 15 minutes... Time to delete.

This app needs to be updated. It wouldnt let me hear who i was talking to, it always glitches. And it always hangs up on its own and the other peson cant hear me. This app needs to be updated.
can't group video call

it won't tell me how to group video call, whenever I try to add another person to the call it hangs up

I'm very disappointed with this app! I purchased the unlimited calling plan and still can't make calls! No one in customer service will reply to my emails this is ridiculous!
