No Support- Wondering if a scam?

I setup my account as male looking for a female, put my profile pic, and came back as my match being another guy. I went back to profile settings, bit no option for "who I am". I contacted them through the app to fix it, but they did not. They did not even replied back to me. If this is what the app is all about, all I can say is, stay away.

this is by far the best dating app there is. I am not a fake profile or anything like that. I have used it for the last 2 years and there is nothing that can come close to it. It is world wide how can you go up against that.
