The signup process was a breeze. Once complete I started earning miles immediately! I also love that you can easily affiliate your account with your FF number from your airline.

Needs major help

Selected option to create account. Told password wasn't the right configuration (even though there are no parameters listed). Fixed that. Then told my email was already in use, so I'd need to sign in with that. Fine. THEN it tells me (duh) that the info is already in use for Panel App, so I'll have to create a new account (with a new email, obv.). After all that, I learned the only earning options are AS, HA, and UA. So many ughs.
Great concept, but limited airlines

This app is great but only 3 airlines provided to earn miles for? If this had more options (I NEED VIRGIN AIRLINES PLEASE), this app would be superb. As of now it's way too limited.
Not worth the hassle

The app is fairly easy to use. You let it follow you around, from time to time you have a survey. Even though it is easy, the hassle to get your redemption, and the minimal options are not worth it. You can only choose from 3 or 4 airlines. Additionally, it takes forever to get the miles into your account. Excuse after excuse is given as to why they have not posted. One positive: customer service people are nice, even if they are not quite telling the truth.
