Constant Disappointment

Attempted multiple times to use the app to buy exclusive drops only to run into the same issue, “last name missing in your billing information”, even though all my information is correct via ApplePay. With the app itself having no feature that allows you to confirm your information before a drop followed by no initial “test sale” that they claim you can perform to ensure your information is correct, the chances of successfully making a purchase are slim without running into issues. I’ve contacted their support 3 weeks ago in regards to this issues I’ve previous mentioned and have still have yet to receive any response. Save yourself some time and frustration and avoid Frenzy.

Don’t bother wasting your time trying to cop any hyped shoes with this app. Always crashing on drop time and you’ll constantly strike out on the shoes you want until you decide to delete Frenzy. Avoid this trash ?

Frenzy has treated me well. I’ve been able to scoop 2 pairs already for personal. Only thing I wished was if more stores could release on here instead of desktop or raffles because I don’t cop using either of those. Thanks Frenzy!
No personalized options

Ok first, there is no paypal. Like come on now, most of people who go on here to buy and sell shoes use PayPal because it is the easiest way to handle money, not all of us have credit cards to set up with Apple pay. You are ignoring a huge portion of customers that you could get money from. Second, unlike the SNKRS app, there is no way to set up your billing address, personal first and last name, or the shoe size you wish to buy. I was trying to get the exclusive BBC Pharrell Williams and I was getting held up by all the info, I ended up not getting the shoes I went all the way to the city and waited two hours to get held up by information. It would be ok if I really was “unlucky” but thats not the case. If it was fixed could be better.

I have won or successfully placed orders 3 times through the app only to be refunded my money. It makes no sense to me. Please fix this! From a guy who loves sneakers and is having a hard time obtaining them.

However, if I’m going to buy anything I need the full title of the item and maybe a description and more than 1 photo. Makes it really hard to really press “buy”.

Great idea for stores Instead of using their website.It happens quickly either you get the shoes or not within a minute which is great,beats waiting for a website to respond for nothing.Problem is bots have figured out how to cop on this app and that essentially makes its purpose useless.
