I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I spent a couple of hours reading and taking notes today for a homework assignment that depended on the info I took down, and for some reason my 3 pages of notes are no longer visible. What makes absolutely no sense is that the very last bullet point I wrote along with an empty circled box I did around another bullet point was still there. I am actually shocked that this happened as I’ve never ever had an experience like this before. Will likely delete this app now. Clearly not very useful if it deletes your notes.

All of a sudden was not able to open a PDF file. It says it was corrupted, wasn’t backed up anywhere else though the rest of my files are and I have no idea how to recover it.

So the app itself is great! But...when drawing/writing it randomly cuts off the round edges of my lines?? But only some? Idk it doesn’t make sense. Please fix! Other than that, love the app!

Lately, there has been a bug. The app runs slow, then randomly decides to shut down and delete portions of my work. This has become very frustrating, especially when I have to spend hours redoing, pls fix.

I wanted test out a digital planning option before paying for Goodnotes or Notability, but my primary experience with this app is that I write and then wait as the app catches up to my marks. Since I’m looking for efficiency, that wait means this has no use for me.

Might be a great app, but there’s too many ads and too much pushing to buy stuff I’m not interested in. I regret downloading this app.
