This app used to be great... would have given it 5 stars... until less than a week ago. Then the app updated itself and now it’s gone downhill! It used to be that if you logged into the app, it would give you “points” for watching shows with the commercials. Then, once you racked up enough points, you could “cash in” your points and watch a show without the commercials. It was great! Well, without any notice, they just got rid of the whole point program! There’s no where on the app that tells you “sorry, we don’t have the program anymore” or anything, the whole system disappeared! The other thing is, it used to be that when the show was over, it allowed you to hit a button and it would play the very next episode... it still has that option, but it doesn’t work right. It skips several episodes! So you need to stop the episode, go back to the series, find the correct next episode, then click on that one... so now you really need to keep track of what episode you left off on, so you know to go back and click on the next one when you go back in. This is a MAJOR BUG, and needs to be fixed ASAP, bc it’s really annoying. Also, w the new update, it takes the last minute or two of the episode you are watching, and makes it really tiny, so the app can get you to click on the next (wrong) episode. Remember, I’m watching this on a phone or tablet, so the screen is small already... I usually miss the last scene of the episode bc I cannot see the tiny box screen! I want the OLD VERSION BACK!!!

No longer keeps track of where I left off in my show or which episode. If I am half way through an episode and I exit out it starts the episode all over again. So I have to fast forward and figure out where I left off. So annoying now. And I have to keep track of what episode since it also no longer says play next episode for any show. And the point system was a really great thing they got rid of!!! Like why?!?!

This app has wayyyy to many ads. 5 ads 4 times and 1 ad before an episode starts!!! That’s ridiculous.All I wanted to do was watch a show without ads. Not even The CW app has this many ads!! I’m not using this until it loses some ads!! I’m extremely disappointed!!!
No rewards

Not a fan of all these commercials now. Not only that, but they took away the rewards system completely and for those of us that don’t have a home(no reason to have a cable provider) the free shows were all we had. The rewards system was worth it because you could at least watch a few episodes commercial free. Now it’s just so annoying that I don’t even think I want to use the app anymore. I’d rather watch them free online, on another website.

I’m really starting to love the app but, I dislike how there is so many commercials and some of the really popular shows do not start at the beginning of the serious. It’s a huge bummer I would watch it all day if I could start from the beginning of a series instead of in the middle but, other than that it really is a handy app.

I'm running a later version of iOS. I understand understand updates are used to fix bugs and bring more features but, why do you force the updates on us? It's either we update or we don't get to use Freeform. So why do you force the updates on us?
