The app has poor backwards compatibility. It refused to show my freecharge credit from snapdeal, thus preventing me from making a mobile top up. I was forced to update the app. On opening the updated app, it made me enter my email and password again, and didn't remember that setting. Also, earlier versions of the app provided free offers. This version didn't give me any offers
Worst recharge & payment app

Hangs a lot and loads for a very long time for even the smallest options. Never use this app.
No Syndicate Bank!!

In the netbanking option list, there is no Syndicate Bank. It is very frustrating, please look into the matter.

Monthly you would get atleast one good discounted offer to fulfill your recharge needs. Still there are plenty of competition in the market in terms of digital wallet app. Freecharge needs to improve upon them while being customer centric all the time.
