The worst ordering app I’ve ever used (12/2020)

Wow, this app is terrible. Utterly unintuitive and you have to go to the burger menu (three stripes on the top left) and click on ‘account’ to get to previous orders. Then if you want to change from the previous pickup to delivery, you have to exit the order, find your store (doesn’t auto-find, you have to click the location button or add your zip), scroll down ON the map location box and click your desired delivery/pickup option. Then you can go through and add additional items. Using coupons is at the end of checkout IF you have the correct items in the cart. And coupons don’t stack, you can only use one at a time which isn’t what I’ve experienced in person. So that’s either less of a meal or more expensive if you have more than one coupon. And if you go to the coupon section of the app and click on a coupon by mistake, it starts a two hour expiration. Lost coupon there. Another issue is that this app has black listed ad server addresses in it. That might not matter to most people but I have an ad IP filtering device on my home network and I have to turn off wifi on my phone to even use the app. This is the only ordering app I use that has this issue. Hot garbage, Freebirds guys. I hope you’re reading this review because this app is assuredly losing you tons of money in lost orders daily.

This app is almost unusable for ordering freebirds. It’s laggy and unstable, and essentially just opens the Freebirds website within app anyway. Compared with Chipotle’s app, this is really dismal. Chipotle’s app is so streamlined and makes ordering so easy that it is a reason to get Chipotle all by itself. I love Freebirds, and would eat there even more if this app was decent. But it’s just useless.

I love love love Freebirds but this website disguised as an app needs a lot of work. I’m an iOS developer. If you need some help, I’d be glad to assist. Unfortunately, I don’t normally develop websites so I wouldn’t be able to help unless you want an overhaul, which at this state, I think you need.
No option for fountain drink

Unless I’m missing it, the app only has bottled beverages for selection . So not going to use this don’t want two transactions to order

New Update is worse

The new update is a cluncky experience on mobile and makes it so I have to put in all of my information every time and it doesn’t let me save my credit card info. Makes me want to order less because of how much effort it is
Great app no order tracking

Does what you need it to do other than keep track of orders. Once it is placed, there is no way to check up on it. Please add order tracking, location of order, order status etc
