Constantly tries to connect but gets stuck in a loop. Using OpenVPN as a workaround but would love to use a first party app. Please fix soon!

Avoid this app, don't buy the subscription. I got suckered into a lifetime subscription about a year ago and now it's useless. The VPN will never connect to any server I select. Even the app that runs on the Mac burns CPU when you're not using it. Do not install, do not buy.

Works fairly well on my iPhone but is absolutely worthless on my new iPad. Constantly disconnecting then reconnecting with the servers. The repeated "no internet connection" messages drove me nuts so I shut it off.
!!!KPS!!!
Won't connect. Slow response times. A miserable frustrating experience. Zero stars if I could.

I use this VPN to access blocked sites when connected to my company WiFi. It functions perfectly and I’ve yet to have problems with the Always-On functionality. Only slight hiccup comes when I leave for lunch, if I don’t remember to disconnect from the VPN before leaving WiFi range, I can have issues receiving data. I just open the app, disconnect from the VPN, terminate the app and then after 15-30 seconds, I’m able to use my phone on LTE again. Overall, the app functions quite well. If there was a way to auto-disconnect from the VPN when I’m no longer in WiFi range, that’d be a delightful feature.

I dont know why the ratings are so low... The lifetime subscription works just fine and can bypass many country restrictions.

Somehow I got it for free through 9to5Toys when it is normally a subscription. They scramble my IP Address so fast that I can appear from halfway across the world while laying in my bed. Totally worth it; I definitely recommend this product!

Two major items here. App does not work over LTE for T-Mobile customers. TCP override is not an option on mobile devices (it is on desktop). Therefore, it is super easy for IT networks to block the app from ever connecting to the server list.
