I recently went to use my app and found all my numbers purchased were gone. I have been trying to work through your support system for over a week with no help whatsoever. I have asked to either have fixed or reimbursed for all of my costs which I even provided receipts for

This app along with the other apps it owns “TEXT ME” for any new registration NOT all incoming texts are viewable! I tried on Apple and an Android phone & BOTH gave initial notice saying “THIS TYPE OF MESSAGE YOU RECEIVED CAN ONLY BE READ BY YOUR NUMBER FOR 1 WEEK OR MORE. ? BUY YOUR NUMBER TO BE ABLE TO READ YOU MESSAGE.”- additionally, this was NOT a MMS but a simple SMS TEXT sent as a security measure from an account. ALSO: In reading their “Terms & Conditions” I can see no specific mention of their stating they might indiscriminately doing this.

I’ve had this app for a long time as a premium subscriber. And the phone has started to not work. Cant answer or make calls.

I really believe you got something over here with this creation. It’s genious! I believe in the future everything will be run by apps no need more websites therefore even Phone Numbers would be something of the past. We are evolving into a more technology based society which even COVID19 and the riots have led us to. Video calling is everything! Maybe incorporate that? Also maybe lose the digits for someone to dial and make it based on identity. You can make T-Mobile, Sprint, and Verizon a thing of the past like Netflix did to Blockbuster. Good luck!
