Mute function doesn’t work :-(

Had this on an older phone and mute function worked perfectly. Now that I’ve downloaded this to a newer phone the mute function no longer works and it’s driving me crazy!

Love the game relaxing, however I can not stand the sound effects. Please give some cool Star Trek beeps or something other than they are!? Would make game a lot more relaxing n fun to play:) Would up to 5 stars!

If it weren’t for the fact you can’t turn the sound effects off I would rate this a 5. I played his game for over a year and then a few months ago I updated the app and now I can’t turn the sounds off. The music will turn off but you can’t turn the sounds off when moving pieces into place. It makes it so I can’t play unless I turn my phone volume off. I checked today to see if the bug got fixed but there is still no way to turn the sounds off. Otherwise is the best puzzle fit game around.

When ever I try to put the blocks in a row or place it always freeze so then I have to reset the hole game and all my progress gone?????

I have played this game for a long time. It is a fun game, I find it calming yet challenging. Recently I spend what seemed an eternity and was able to get a high score of 419442, closing up on a half a million. But when I went back to check my score it will not allow me to. The error states: Game Center Player is not authenticated OK I enjoyed the game so much that I downloaded it onto my wife’s phone so she could play. Is it possible that having the app on two phones running on the same account that it will only recognize one at a time? I can’t find where to log out of the app, either on my phone or my wife’s so I can’t determine if this is the case. It took a long time and a great deal of focus to get my score and I would like my effort posted, any suggestions!?

There is only one problem with this game. The mute doesn’t work. I can’t mute the sound or the music. The only way I can mute the sound is to put the phone into vibrate mode. Please fix it
