I got the promo, placed an order, 1 item got cancelled on Christmas night even though the app said it would ship on 12/21. Free people won’t credit the $$ for what they cancelled so I could order a replacement Christmas present. Big rip off, and all I got was a big run around from 3 different sales support people.

I’ve been an avid FP consumer for the last 3 years. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The fabrics and designs are comfortable, interesting , and creative. The delivery is quick and communicated very nicely on the arrival times. The customer service is excellent as well. If I ever had an issue with an order or a refund it was always handled promptly and professionally. My entire wardrobe is now FP and I don’t want to hear about other brands :-)

However, your way over-priced! Have better sales. Keep merchandise stocked or remove from catalog. Nevertheless, I enjoy shopping at Free People; I feel as though I’m rummaging through someone’s clothing trunk stored in the attic. Free people styles allows me to create a style unique and different from the main stream. Free people clothing style allows me to dress out character from my mundane office style. I find Free People style sexy without trying. I’m a Glam ma and Free People Is my little rebellion!

I have been a Free People customer since early 2012 and it’s now pretty much all I wear. Recently a mistake occurred, which was very rare! Free People stepped up and and fixed it with outstanding customer service! It’s official, I will ONLY WEAR FREE PEOPLE FOR LIFE!!!
