This is a very user friendly app. It offers a wide variety of Themes 2 listen to, a variety of pics to use, & easy instructions. Can be enjoyed when entertaining, used to meditate, help w/concentration & studying, or used 2unwind & get 2sleep. Plus it's free!!!!

Stressed in St. Louis
After my daughters birth I read a lot about sleep and of course white noise. A year later I began to have a reappearance of sleep issues that required sleeping pill use in the past and I don't like pills. I've downloaded a few white noise apps but this is the best because of the sound mixing options. Sometimes you want birds with the ocean and sometimes rain instead. Now you choose. My husband is a covert as well. Thank you!
