I keep trying to play and I just downloaded it I wanna play blue city but I clicked the install map button and it does nothing! Can you tell me how it works?

I was searching for a certain map for ten years, and when I found it on here I was so excited! But then, it told me to pay money to unlock the map. I paid but then it didn’t give me anything! It took my money and I suggest don’t get this map.
