Good but could use a contacts integration

I started using Free Conference Call a few years ago, but only this year upgrade for $5/month or so to get an open line that does not require passcodes to access. It’s worked great, no problems. My only quibble is that it doesn’t integrate with my contacts, at least not consistently, so I can’t see who is on the call. I can only see the numbers, even for numbers in my phone contacts.
Lots of Bullying, cursing

I happened to join this free conference call line and there are plenty of people cursing and bullying others... The bullying is tremendous and I don’t know what else is taking place there. When I called customer service and asked them if they know about these cursing and bullying happening on this line, their answer is that they do but don’t have a way to address that. I even asked if can shut it down, their response is that they get revenue from telephone companies over these calls. I’m so sorry to see that this company doesn’t care to addresses these issues and don’t stand against bullying of any kind. For a record I spoke with customer service reps on Wednesday(01/22/20) around 12 AM EST. 1st Cust Serv rep I spoke with is Rudy, and Jausrael is the supervisor. After speaking with the mgr during business hours, I plan to reach out to my City Rep and Senator about this. I feel like they should have a control on their old service and have to shut it down other wise. For this I have it 1 start star⭐️. Thanks.
The app I have ever downloaded

This is the Best app you will ever download. If you are looking for app that grows with your business or organization, this is it! I use it for ministry and it does everything from conferences calls to video broadcasting and screen sharing. I’ll never use another, this site is AMAZING!!!
Call does not work with internet calling

My company is not supported by Free conference call, and I need to pay using the cellular line, so I tried to call through Internet connection, unfortunately, if I am connected in my side, no one hears me and I can not hear anyone as well. Basically - does not want to connect!
My phone services wanted to charge me by the minute. App crashes all the time too

Used it on a group thing once or twice. Next booth Google and my cell company wanted to charge per minute to use the service. Couldn't connect anymore. Then the app one one of my phones just crashes every time. Sometimes works until I connect, then crash. Streaming data costs data too. My group wants to use this one and so stuck, can't connect all the time now, and have to be on wifi. AND NO Canadian DIAL IN NUMBER, yet Bahrain and Cambodia do. Others have several across Canada. Lame service. Looking for something gooder to switch my group to.

UI is just super ugly and doesn't support Callkit. But yes it works as it should, which I can appreciate
Can’t send SMS invite with new app

In the past as host you could send sms text invites. After updating app you can now only send invites via attendees email. This is a terrible change. You can copy link from clipboard but the time and steps to login and do this is not convenient. Went backwards in the upgrade and not forward.

Free Conference Call is great tool to use, it makes it so easy to ‘meet’ a group of people at the same time. I’m using it for my adult college students who need time flexibility and I can talk to small groups this way. The app has been helpful as a dashboard for me, I am grateful to be using it. I just choose the call-in number to avoid data charges.
