What happened to my lottery tickets?

I remember having around 20-24 lottery tickets, and it so happens when I did another spin to get another 2 lottery tickets, I returned to the lottery section; finding only 4 lottery tickets to be there. Please find out the problem to this because it seems highly unlikely to use tickets I’m planning to store up. I was aiming to use 100 tickets for the lottery. *Edited: Thanks for the clarification!!! I got scared to death because of the disappearance of the tickets*
Takes too long to cash out

You need to get 30k satoshi to cash out but the expected value of any roll is only 160 satoshi. On average it should take you 187 rolls to get to 30k. That’s every hour for almost 8 days. Sure you could get lucky and get more, but the odds are that you won’t and it will take weeks to get anything at all

Captcha issues never fixed,impossible to reach payout amount (you get 0.00000012 per roll, payout will happen at 0.0003 means you have to login into the app and roll 2500 times or 104 days if you roll every hour) in todays rate it is 4.8$, do the math if your time worth it Edit: after writing this review all my tickets magically disappeared, what a scam
First time user captcha locked me out

Unable to try the app at all since captcha kept re starting and I was promptly locked out and told to come back in an hour. Will update if this issue is resolved for me. Update: I went to the mobile site and rolled! Then went back to the app and all was fine. I look forward to learning the world of crypto currency
Payouts not working

Hi, I’ve been using the app for almost 2 weeks, and haven’t had any problems. But for some reason when the payout happens, I dont get my bitcoins and I even have auto withdraw enabled. So if you could help me that would be great... Thanks!

I can’t roll there are two captions and I type them in and it says it’s wrong please help been useing for 2months and I love it befor today there was only one

App stopped working for no reason. On top of that there is no way of knowing if there actually are any "winners". Total fiction imo. The developer is just using people's iPhones to mine Bitcoin for himself in the background. Absolutely zero transparency.

It started fine in the beginning, but then after a while the rolling system does not work and error message keep popping up. Tried to message for help haven’t got any response back 3 star or less... Maybe dead app

Now I am getting 2 captchas instead of one. Also still don’t understand the point of this app. If the point is playing the hi lo game then integrate it inside the app instead as a link to the website
