Great product - slow turnaround

Almost two months to get my last piece done. They indicated high volumes when I emailed to inquire, but certainly never proactively mention this and didn’t tell me when I was actually making the purchase. When my item arrives, it was incorrect. They did not amount to my items the way they were shown in the proof which I approved. Which meant I had to send it back. Upon them receiving it for the second time they indicated it was a priority. But still took over a week and a half for them to ship it back out even. I certainly must have been there most annoying customer, because by the end they did not even respond to my emails asking for a status update.

Love this app! Makes it so easy to choose and order a frame. Great features like the ability to take a picture of a credit card, rather than entering the number manually. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I would love to be able to edit an item in my cart, rather than deleting it and starting over. Otherwise, really easy and fun to use.

I’ve ordered roughly 10 frames from Framebridge and I’m always pleased with the quality of the product. I usually order using files from my IPhoto stream and the picture quality is always great. Once a frame arrived with a crack in the glass, and they sent another frame free of charge. I didn’t even have to return the damaged one. All in all, this is a great innovative company that allows you to use all those great photos on your phone. And they make ordering gifts easy as you can do everything from your phone too!

It’s not only the app— the web site has the same issues. Both make it difficult to go back and review different frame options once selecting one. Considering that this is a creative process it should be easier to “play”!

Easy to use by uploading picture on phone. However, colors of frame and matting is very limited. Understandable to want to limit frames but not having a larger color palette on a basic frame and mat like green, blue, etc. limits the apps use. The picture size seems small compared to the frame. Only allows for straight hanging (no string), but no standing frame option. Also, has to type in credit card info; it doesn’t retain it. When ordering, it doesn’t tell you estimated time of delivery. Please update the app to be more user friendly and more options.

This app doesn’t function well at all. You can’t scroll through your Instagram pictures, you can only see some.

I have had all of my favorite photos (trained portrait photographer) framed by using this app. I love the flexibility with sizing and frame choice. My frames always come perfectly done. My only complaint is that it can take a few weeks and I have missed gift deadlines because of the wait time. But I keep coming back because the quality of the framing is so consistently good. Try it. You will not be disappointed.
