Won’t let me add picture tried to remove The app and reinstall Paid for the up grade Still nothing.

So.. thought I’d love! I have the free one. It would not take me to my photo library. Paid for the other one. Same thing. Tried to go to support. Server not available. I’ll change my stars when you fix this! I’m so mad right now!

I use to use this app all the time and it worked great super easy to use nice features but now it doesn’t want to work. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it but still won’t upload my pics into the frame.my screen goes blank

I have loved this app for years. I purchased the extra layouts yesterday and am having all kinds of problems. Every time I click to add a picture and my camera roll should pop up I get a white screen and can’t do anything in the app! How do I fix this?
