Fractions is a simple number based app aimed at helping the user improve their understanding of and abilities working with fractions.
The app includes:-
Simple explanations of fractions
- What are proper, improper and mixed fractions?
- How to reduce fractions to their lowest form.
- How to convert improper fractions to mixed fractions.
Working with fractions
- Identifying fractions from a picture.
- Reducing proper and improper fraction to their lowest form.
- Converting improper fractions to mixed fractions and vice versa.
- Comparing fractions to find which is greater.
Its suitable for a range of abilities as the user can select the difficulty, allowing them to gradually make the questions more challenging as they become more confident.
There is also a test mode in which the user is asked 10 questions. Once the test is completed, not only is their score given but also a breakdown of their results including any corrections.

Well,all I have to say I'd that I love this app I'm 14 and I am really bad in math,especially understating fractions. To be honest,this is a better and affective way of learning fractions. The app itself explains it better than a teacher. Great app,guys!

I am not in school anymore but Your app helped me understand fractions when no other teacher/ person was able to do! Genius! Could you maybe develop an app that teaches word problems? And Even a quick calculator for percentages would be very helpful.
Great app but could you fix the mistake

In the test section it asked me if 5/3 was equal to 1 2/3 or if one was greater I clicked on equal to. It wouldn't let me pass until I clicked on 1 2/3 as greater. Other than that the app is a great app. But I can't let my grandchildren use it until it's fixed. I think it would confuse them. Thanks

I'll be honest! I struggled with fractions all through high school but gave this a go and it's actually helped. If fractions has been a nightmare for you too then I'd recommend u give this a go. Why didn't they have this when I was at school!!!

Most apps seem to be aimed at younger kids but older kids use apps too, right? This app is good for younger kids but its even better for older kids as its a little more mature. We use it in high school and its perfect.
