Disgusted....Still cannot redeem my online Reward!!
DISGUSTED w/ FOXWOODSOBLINE!
After spending HOURS each week playing your FoxwoodsOnline games to rack up 18,000+ Loyalty Points, I STILL cannot redeem my points in the Online Rewards section !!! I’ve emailed back & forth with Tech Support = no help. I’ve stood at the Resort’s Reward Desks, in each casino, hoping that some staff member could help me = no help received. I’ve followed FoxwoodsOnline instructions to reset my PIN at the Cashier Cage 12 TIMES SO FAR !!!!! only to be Locked Out yet again Online after attempting redemption!! I’m exhausted from trying, literally. Feeling disappointed and disgusted with the whole broken system of your online rewards and lack of interest from staff both online and in person.

It took me a long time to get to the level that would unlock Jackpot Inferno for regular game play. It wasn’t even a week and the game was removed. Also another game I enjoyed playing Cave Miner disappeared as well. Why?

Changes make it impossible to level up.

This app. use to be fun and yes, you could actually win real rewards to use at the casino. Recently they made changes, giving you more coins to play with, but making it far harder to level up for those casino rewards. Pretty sneaky, but completely obvious. Now it takes me weeks to level up a simple 50 points, having to gamble hundreds of millions of coins to do so. Daily bonus wheel now has five times more dominations of coins to win, yet still just one slot to win loyalty points. The odds of winning on tables games and slot have decreased significantly as well. Guess they were giving away too many rewards for comfort. Too bad, use to be fun but now it’s simply a waste of time.

This a good app. I enjoy playing and I like the idea of rewards added to the card. I can’t get to Foxwoods as much as I would like so this is a good substitution. Would it be possible to add 3 card poker to your table games?
