Nothing will play even after successfully logging in with my cable provider

It won't let me sign in to my tv provider, I pressed the button a ton, won't work, it also crashed a lot, I was really disappointed

I tried logging in with 2 different accounts to watch the Gold Cup. It just kept reloading the "lounge". Doesn't actually let you watch sports, so don't bother. Waste of time.
Really frustrating app

We signed in to our tv network 3 times and it said ,"Unavailable try again later." All 3 times. Then it loaded and then I picked which game I wanted to watch and it said stadium on a sign above. It loaded for 10 minutes and didn't work. Even after we checked our internet.
