No Picture and it freezes

I've been watching TV shows on my phone and for 2 days now, no picture show, only audio. It also freezes up as I am watching shows then it plays again this happens while audio is playing. Please fix. Thank you
Disconnects frequently

Every time I try to watch a live event it disconnects about every 5-10 minutes, saying I need to sign into my provider, which I stay logged into. Makes no sense. Then I try to log back in, and it freezes. Basically I have to leave the app twice to get back into it

Enjoy watching some shows on my iPad, however, would love to be able to fast-forward through commercials

This app is fire. I’ve tried the other apps and have had morphing but dissatisfaction disappointing experience but Fox Now allows for an easy technical audible and visual experience
