Why is it now that my downloaded shows are deleted almost every time I launch the app? It never used to happen before all the updates.

I go to this every night and really find it useful. Recommend this highly.

I keep getting Unknown Error occurred Whenever I want to access live streaming. It happens throughout the day. Sometimes it lets me in other times not. It could be a server error on your part. Please fix this. I’ll have to give up this app as much as I love it, but I need to have the live broadcast working at all times to give it a five star rating.

Xfinity sign in not working

I subscribed to Fox Nation thru my Xfinity service. It’s working on my TV and computer. However, when I log in using thru Xfinity on the app, I get the green check mark as if it’s about to connect. However, I then get a message that I don’t have Fox Nation as part of my Xfinity service (but I do). Can you fix this???

Unable to cast to Chromecast

Love the service but I didn’t get it so I can watch on my phone! I want to be able to send to my TV via Chromecast. I have tried to do this with both the Android and IOS versions with no success. Support is unable to provide useful direction. I can cast no problem from other apps. This will remain a one star rating until this problem is addressed.

Confusing Mess

While I’ve found some good content, the app is a confusing mess, at least on Apple TV. The Shows tab only lists a few of the shows. If you look under, Personalities, most of what’s listed is external content. Just let me easily see the subscription content.
