I’ve used several sportsbook platforms and this one is the worst hands down. Bonuses don’t issue properly and you have to go to what seems like 5 different screens just to do one thing when it decides it actually wants to give you a bonus chest. They’re currently running a MNF bonus where you place a $10 min bet and get a $5 free bet. I placed a $50 bet and the free bet shows that I didn’t meet the criteria yet even after opting in first. I’m not interested in sitting in a chat room with customer service when other apps work just fine.

I have my phone on vibrate with the sound off and the app plays a noice telling me to turn on notification at full volume. This happens every single time you use the app...Turn this off, you should not be able to override my settings.

Slots Don’t Pay Out

This is by far the worst casino app I have. The slots don’t pay out nearly as often or as much as DraftKings Sportsbook or FanDuel Casino.

I mistakenly deposited $500 into the Pennsylvania App instead of the Colorado app where I live. I immediately noticed my mistake and requested a withdrawal so I could deposit it into the correct app and now my $500 is being held hostage until I provide a banking statement with address, a picture of my ID and credit card via email none of which was needed to deposit the funds. Now they are threatening to “confiscate my $500” and to top it all off there is no customer service department to call. STAY AWAY use FanDuel and DraftKings they are much easier to work with and less likely to attempt to steal from you.

All good, I wish I could a parlay on the same game. Ie, pick s winner and either the over/ under.

Literally THE worst experience with customer service and withdrawing money. Very disrespectful. It is also rather difficult to withdraw money from account back to your bank account. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Stay far away from this app they will immediately take your money but will not let you withdraw from the same account they take the money from instead they will send you to support so you can play email tag with them it’s terrible

Everything works fine until it doesn’t! Good luck when you have to reach out to customer support or are waiting on them to finish a review! It’s been incredibly frustrating dealing with them! They seem very disorganized and are extremely slow with their review and responses. Unreasonably slow and disorganized.....I can’t make sense of it

FOX Bet is a great app; I’ve actually won on here a few times so I can vouch for that. Customer support is helpful and responds quickly. The odds on bets are slightly higher than what I have seen compared to other sites so that’s a bonus. That only “flaw” with FOX Bet is that you can’t bet on more than one thing for a given game/contest (no same game parlay). If that gets added I honestly would have no use for other sites that’s how much I enjoy FOX Bet!
