Always friendly service and the food is not only clean and nutritious but tastes delicious! The side salad is unique, healthy and tasty with wraps and sandwiches. A discounted price for an accompanying smoothie with the meal is a bonus indeed! Love this place!

Foursquare is basically the only thing I use when I am just craving something savory or succulent or if I'm just flat out hungry 10/10 would recommend to anybody who is looking for the best low cost restaurants in your area!

I highly recommend iLoveKickboxing Pasadena if you are looking for a place where you can get an intensive full-body workout while having lots of fun! As a beginner to kickboxing I didn’t know what to expect when I first stepped into the studio. I was greeted by a friendly coach who not only gave me a very thorough tour of the studio but also took the time to sit down with me to really understand what I wanted to achieve. Knowing that I am new to this, the coach explained the class format to me and made sure I do the workout at a pace that I am comfortable with. My first class was INTENSE!!! It started with a 15-minute “warmup”, which consists of many different exercises that worked the entire body. The coaches demonstrated each exercise for the group and offered modifications for people that needed it. They also came around to each person to make sure everyone has the proper form, and motivated each person to push a little harder. After the warmup the coaches led the group for a 5 minute stretch, and then the punching and kicking starts! The main coach led the class with some pretty advanced moves, but during my first class I had a dedicated coach that stayed with me the whole time. He taught me the basic moves and made sure I had proper form and stayed safe. I have to admit It felt really good to punch and kick the bags! The last part of the workout we got to pair up with a partner for punching drills. I actually enjoyed this part of the workout the most because I got to meet some of the other members, work on the precision of my punches and improve my hand-eye coordination. I ultimately chose to become a member after using up all my trial classes because I could see that the friendly and motivating coaches really tried to inject humor and motivation each time I wanted to stop during that 1-hour workout. I knew that it was the most effective way to achieve the results I wanted in the little bit of “Me Time” that I can spare during the week. The clean environment that doesn’t smell like a “gym,” plus the intense but fun work out helped me make the commitment to make this year the one that I reach my health and fitness goals!

I was surprised to hear from the app developer who managed to get back about half my information which made things a little better so I upped my rating from 1 star to 3. I am still missing my reviews. I recently took the time to review Shawarma and Gyro Express. There was zero information on this recently opened restaurant. I took photos of the menu, the restaurant and left an excellent review because I love this place, but it’s not in my liked places. The incomplete menus are still an issue. I’m missing all my out of town stuff from Boston to Virginia Beach. If I take the time to review and add photos, id like to be able to access those, so still disappointed. I also noticed that the reviews are characters limited with no warnings. You can’t give a good review and include all the good stuff in a few sentences. I loved URBAN SPOON and wish it were modeled more after that. Very disappointed. This app recently had an overhaul and in the process, I not only lost all my saved (to try) places but also my favorites. I have left a few reviews on the new app to help populate it but I can’t even access that either. Now when I look for something all I get are incomplete restaurant profiles with no menus. It’s been months since the update and most restaurants are asking us to update photos, menu etc. Surely in this day and age, the transition to the new format should have seamlessly integrated the old data.
