The last update caused the app to load slowly, close randomly and it was unable to maintain a consistent tempo. Paid for 1 year subscription 6 months ago. Only automated responses to my emails over the last week and a half. Update 12/20/2017 I received a response to my review from Apple asking what device. It is an iPad 2. Clicking on respond gave me an error on page. So I am hoping the developer sees this soon.
Wow!
I love it! Absolutely love it! It makes me want to practice right now while my family is asleep! The songs and lyrics and chords are easy to understand. One of my favorites is “Eye of the Tiger”, but I also like The Weeknd’s “I feel it coming” rendition. Wonderful app! Thank you!

Music evolves from the past. The more songs you can explore the stronger your skill becomes. With over 1500 songs the FourChords app goes right back to early nursery rhymes and Scottish drinking songs, and the takes right unto current hits. I can play all day and explore songs as fast as I can push the button. Musical memory is a critical part of your development. We do this by mastering all of those melodies that are stored in our minds. Four chord gave me complete mastery of my chords and now I’m using it to master melodies. Nothing come close to this app for sheer hours of enjoyment. Of course it’s not magic you have to put in the effort to learn system, but once your brain locks on its non stop music. Highly recommend.
A weird glitch

Not a big deal but sometimes when I press play it just moves across the first measure and stops. I have to restart my iPhone for it to work correctly again.
No adjustable Temp

The only feature that made this app worth the beginners time is gone. The adjustable tempo allowed the user to slow the pace to play along. Why did they do this?

Great app , four chords has really helped me with my rhythm and playing and singing at the same time . It worth the it , I am having hours of fun and learning to sing new songs.
