Great app, visually unappealing format

I love the verse of the day. It provides a conversation platform for communing with other believers. Unfortunately, the recent format change is visually unappealing and much harder to follow.

I love the app! It is the best thing. I can set an alarm for when I want it to go off, this app is the best app ever! This app makes me closer to God!!

The update is awesome. Love the app so easy and devotion is so helpful. The verse always make you think are we doing are part to bring peoples to Christ.

Old version was way better

The old version was nice and simple and easy to read. These pictures make it worse. One more time when a great app gets ruined by a company "improving" it.

The app is okay. I got it because I liked the classic art in the background and the aesthetic design. But the app lacks depth and direction. I just swipe around reading short verses and then there are ads and “pay to unlock all verses”. It’s a little confusing so i don’t think there’s much time to be spent on the app itself. It also doesn’t display right on the iPhone X, and it crashes when you try to save the verse images. I hope they improve it, I think it has potential.

When you can’t keep your reviews current, why would anyone want to use this App. 17 September- 10 October 2018 Repeat Scripture yet again. With so much to choose from this puzzles me. I agree, Art is horrific in background and often does not compliment scripture quoted. One app. that should have been left alone.

I just purchased the ad-free version. The app works ok but I just noticed it was last updated 1 year ago. I hope I didn’t waste my money.
