I was supposed to get $5 sywr points for registering; got a confirmation that I will receive it in 24 hours; three days later none posted; don't promise if you can't keep it.

I installed this app and received $5 SYW points. I only deleted this app for few hours because I had problem check out and it took away my $5 SYW points. Geez Fount, how did you know I deleted this app for few hours. This is nothing but a tracking virus for Sears.

I downloaded this app as it was advertised through the Shop Your Way app. It looked like a nice way to save ideas that I liked for later and follow other shoppers. I was prompted to enter my Shop Your Way information so I did and was awarded $5 in points as a bonus, which was great. Shared the app with a group I'm in and sure enough was rewarded more points, $40 worth! I was really excited to share the app with friends, that is until the app stopped working 6 days later. It continually force closed and was unusable as a result. But the best part of all was my points were taken back once I uninstalled the app. I'm now -36,572 points. Complete scam, not worth it.

They hook line and sink you with SYW bonus points. They give you $5 for downloading the app, but a week later deduct it. Really have no use for this app anyway and will be deleting it. ✌️

This app is ridiculous. It's too crowded with no instructions and no rhyme or reason. It's confusing and overwhelming for even the most savvy tech people. Plus, we got $5 SYW bonus points for downloading and then they were deleted. Don't waste your time.

This app is a fraud, I understand taking away points that were given by accident but it took the 5000 I was entitled to get with the promo when I signed up. Don't waste your time on this one. It's a scam and click bait.

like others I installed because syw promised a reward. The app is very glitchy. constant freezing, locking up, shutting down, impossible to check out if you actually manage to find something...and yup syw did issue rewards for signing up, then took them away, so just a whole lot of frustration trying to use an unusable app for no reason at all.

Linked my Kmart/Sears rewards card to app to receive $5 credit. This app admitted they put an extra $40 in points in my acct. which I spent as I'm a frequent shopper at Kmart. They wouldn't answer my question on the app thread then it appears they deleted thread when I asked what they would do to remedy their mistake that lead to my acct being -39,000in points. We'll see if they respond to my email.

First off, the email I received from syw stated I get 2,000 points for using the code that didn't even work. Then a few days later it took the code. Secondly, I've been waiting more then 3 days for my confirmation email that hasn't even come. Third off, I went to a group run by syw members since I emailed syw about no email confirmation with no reply to then be put down and leave the group. It's getting ridiculous you can not ask for help nor do you get a response. I'm deleting this useless app off of my phone. I'd give it no stars if I was able to!
