App good mobile deposit needs less writing

The app works well, but they keep adding language you have to write on the back when make the deposit. If you have to do more than one, you should just go to the bank.

The app says I can’t use until I update through the App Store, but won’t let me update. I even tried deleting and reinstalling, and that “new” app said I was using an old version and would have to update.

I've been waiting for the Forum app for a LONG time. The 1st go seems to have a lot of features. I haven't used them yet so we'll see if it's good or not. Keep updates coming. Thanks FORUM!!!

I have been a member of FCU for many years and this is just one more way that FCU serves it's members. The app is very basic, but if you are a member, it gives you access to your accounts while on the go.

Been waiting for Forum app guess I,ll have to wait some more. In the mean time I will continue to use Safari where I can view it in landscape. Already deleted it for all practical purposes is is useless on my I-pad

I have been a Forum member since before it was Forum. That said, this is just an app that buries a browser. I was hoping for native iOS functionality, and instead this app is no better than if I use a browser. Please build in native screens, utilize the app lock feature so one does nit have to enter a password and question each time, and you might have a good app. For now, I am not using this. Still tied to my PC.

Are the Forum programmers writing these 5 star reviews? I can't believe anyone else who logged into their Forum account with this app could give it more than a 3, and most of that would be for effort! As in, "thanks for trying guys!" but, this app has a loooong way to go. 1. Landscape View - I'd like to see an entire entry without swiping back and forth around the screen (this app makes me dizzy). 2. Pin Code - I guard my iPhone better than I do my teenage daughter and I already have a pin on it, if you put a separate pin on the app that's more than enough security for me. I'm not going to use the app if I have to put in my full password and answer security questions every time. Those are the two main issues I have with this app, and they honestly turned me off the app before I could find out anything else good or bad about it. A safari shortcut to Forum's non-flash site on my homescreen actually works better; it's just as easy/difficult to log in, but at least I can control my page size and orientation. I'll continue to use the Mint app for now to monitor my account and Safari if I have to complete a transaction on the go.

It's fairly useless to me if I can't make payments. On bill pay I can't scroll the payees, so only the first 7 or so can be paid.
