Was a great game until it started crashing. First with now sound then total crash. Can you fix it so I can finish the game?

No sound, I would love to be able to enjoy the full experience of this game, especially since I paid for it. Why is this still being sold by Big Fish if the glitch was never fixed? Please fix, could be 5 star for me!
Too glitchy!

I would love to give the game 5 stars except this is the second time I started plain it and ran into problems. This is not the first time this is happening to me. I never before had this kind of problems with BF games. Very disappointed! I always loved most of their games. I will try to buy one more game but if this continues it will be the last.

A fantastic game, wonderful mini games, love them the graphics. As to #10, some of us are tired of blood, ghouls and other gross stuff. I like a fairy tale much more. Fabulous game, well built, beautiful, great fun and it doesn't seem to stop. Thank you.

I liked this game. It was original and had different games. The only issue was the map- it didn't necessarily tell you where you needed to go next, just which rooms still needed things. But a good game.
Won't turn off sound

I keep my iPad on mute on purpose and prefer games that do not override that setting. Fix it. Mute means MUTE!
