Bad update

I am unsatisfied because on the new update they too off the ability to see your pip value. Which means you won’t know how much money you make per pip without using a pip calculator. Why make more work for us...

With the new update, you can see how much pips are you gaining/lossing and you PL impact.

I just want to say that I love the app and the web site. I trade on this plat form and it has all the indicators that I need. So there was a recent up date to the app which I love but there is one small thing that has changed and would love if it could be fixed and that is the realized p&l and the pip count. Them are the two features that have removed from the app since the new release version. Those two feature are a key component when assessing my progress and I very much need both of them features. Thank you very much other than that I love the app.

Can’t wait to move to Oanda. 9 times out of 10, the app doesn’t load any data. What good does the app do me if all the values are null?

Crashes upon load and balance in dashboard is wrong

It just crashes after login and the dashboard view balance is wrong as well. App becomes unresponsive and crashes.

I understand the design is organized, but it is so inconvenient to use. A lot of taps to do simple stuff. Please learn from FXCM’s app

Got my first deposit in no problem, second in no problem, and by the time I see it's pending the company closed my account without any word as to why. They just couldn't extend services to me. My money wasn't good enough. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Pathetic company

If you used gestures it would seem so much more enjoyable and fluid. Forexample (See what I did there ?) swiping to charts swiping right to bring menu.

Chart/ Alerts/ Notifications/ Theme needs work

The chart doesn't sync well with the live price action... Alerts needs to be fixed Why Isn’t there Alert Notifications when a position closes take profit Etc. (Notifications Alerts ) And the skin theme could use a better job or the option of a dark theme... -(Look at OANDAs platform ) Otherwise placing orders and executions is easy to use and works well
