I can’t log in anywhere

I have some operations on going but I can’t log in from any device, I have my money there and if I can’t join I will lose my money. Servers are not working, feels like this app isn’t safe.

Don’t fall on this! When you want to reclaim your earned money... they ask you for several non-sense emails asking over and over again for the same docs to earn time and stuff; when you finally send’em all the info... you just won’t hear about them again... still waiting for my refund after 1 month [update after your response] I send to you all the information, all the document, all the papers you asked! So don’t BS me on this, ‘cuz requesting email and info are ok to proof id, but then, where’s the money? Check your emails! I don't GAF about how well you use your policies when at the end you keep the money invested and earned!
