Why does this have to be done through your Broker?

I don’t understand why we can’t just put our real estate license number in and you can verify that we have an active license... why does it have to go through the Broker?? I understand there is personal information involved so this can’t be open to everyone but there any many ways to verify an individual real estate license.

My board purchased this after seeing it a the national or State convention. It was suppose to keep agents safe when meeting strangers for the first time. Here is the problem, I tested the app with my cell # , which I have had for decades, and someone in another town and of the opposite sex popped up as the rightful owner. So, how accurate is this app\ program?
It only needs one thing to make this a Five Star App

Please add a “caller id” feature that captures the incoming phone number and automatically pulls or offers to pull the info. Other apps such as Verizon Call Filter and Mr Number do that and it would make this app literally perfect. So far I love everything about this app but making this one change would be mind blowing.

Thank you for the response. We have no need of any help as we are able to successfully login now from both of our devices since simplifying the password. ——————— Update... after successfully resetting the password a few times (at least that’s what the app said) and continuing to get the “invalid username and password“ message, I tried on my own, no thanks to support, to reset the password again, and this time I dumbed the password way down— Super short, only one symbol. Not terribly secured, but at least it lets us in. ——————- Set this up on two separate phones because were both agents. In both cases after successfully creating the login account and password, when attempting to login, we get the message “invalid username and password” Even after successfully going through the reset a password routine, it fails the same way. Called Tech Support who completely blew me off. Both the app and their support are totally worthless.

No where to set up "free" account on website or app! Saw on CNBC this morning, downloaded, and that is where it ends! Had to fill out a "contact me" form on thier website, so I bet I get a call to try to sell me a paid app! Oh well, sounded good, but not functional.

How can you set up a new account?

There is no way to login because the app doesn’t give you the option to create an account. It only asks for your current user is and password, which you don’t have because you don’t have a way to set up an account.

Love this app. Realtors are vulnerable. Running a criminal history check gives me the ability to make an informed decision as to who I will work with. After 17 years in the business, I finally feel I can move forward in confidence when meeting new clients. I check EVERY new contact. Understand you first need to contact the company to set up your account. They need to see you are a realtor in good standing first, then you can use the app. A logical requirement since this is sensitive information we are looking at.
