I love this game, amazing graphics and cgs, but I had to delete to download another game. When I re-downloaded this game it did not give me all my characters back. The only way you can contact the developers is through a Japanese forum. Sadly, I cannot speak nor write Japanese, so my issue will not be solved. Very unhappy.
