I tried buying multiple packs and when they didn’t work I just tried again. It took over 100 dollars out of my bank account when I was trying to buy a 10 dollars pack. I also emailed the developers and have heard nothing. I want the worst for them unless the apologize and give me my 100 dollars back. It is so stupid because this has been an issue for over a year apparently and they are just taking kids money.

This game is super fun and I really enjoy it, however it will also eat your money. Do not spend your money on this game no matter what it will eat it and it won’t come back!!!

So I have made 3 separate purchases and I have not received those items how do I get them or my money back?

I used to play this game all the time when it came out so that’s why I’m giving it a two star. But every time I load up the game now it just says “Connecting” and it does this forever! Please fix!

The only way you can receive your purchases is (if) it finishes loading your receipt. You have to uninstall then reinstall the game. That’s what worked for me. Also it’s doing that thing where everything takes forever to load and when I buy something it just stays on the ‘processing receipt’ loading screen and every time I load the game up it makes me start from scratch. It did this before and it took about 3-4 months for the Developers to fix this. I believe the servers are down

It’s a great game and I’m using an iOS 12 & when ever I start the game and leave, all of the progress that I had just played goes missing and my game restarts and all my silver and gold cards delete. So that’s not fun at all?. Other than that I love it?

I love the game and have been playing for a long time my only problem is after I buy cards with the in game currency and close the app, their not there once I open the game back up? Any reason why, the game is updated to the latest version and I’m singed into my Game Center account
