Piggy Bank Ruined Game

I’ve been playing this game for months. Although acquiring gems was challenging, it was fun to win challenges, play festivals, or special games. Now EVERYTHING I earned playing goes to this “piggy bank” that will cost me $9.99 to get?!?! That is really crappy considering the gems were earned but now I have to pay for them. I’m so frustrated I’m about to just delete this app altogether.
Game defects (swipe up feature)

This app has some defect that I am not sure that you guys are aware of. The issue that I am experiencing is on the TEX MEX level 9, while trying to reach some of the lower level food items like the Spanish rice or any other food item located towards the bottom/side edge of the phone (in landscape position) it causes you to continuously swipe up into the open/running apps section of the iPhone and causing the game to pause. It is nearly impossible to access these food items without this happening. I have decided not to play this game any longer Bevause I cannot complete this level without pausing the game over and over. Are you guys able to fix this issue? Would it be possible to automatically dis able the swipe up feature when playing the game? Or maybe move the food items to a more acceptable place on the game. I love this game and want to keep playing it. Thanks you

It is a amazing game but it needs more fun and it will be cool if you can start playing with your friends so you can go to there place and order. That would be so cool

I love this game and have played it for years. I’ve played it up until a few months ago when the game started being wonky with my phone. I thought it may just need a few updates and it would be fine. I never had a problem before but every time I try to swipe to move the food around from the bottom of the screen, my phone stops the game and thinks I’m trying to close the app. I have no idea how to fix this and it really interferes with my game play since I can’t get some of the items. Other than that issue, I think the game is super fun and the different street options are so unique!
Need to many gems and the Tex Mex on iPhone 12

It takes a lot of gems to advance and open up new levels. Also on the iPhone 12 when you go to put the rice onto the plate, due to the new phones not having a home button. On the iPhone 12 when you go to drag it the dishes, such as the rice from the bottom, it will pause the game and kind of slow things down

Hello. I have an iPhone 11. I’m on Tex Mex and I cannot serve the rice because anytime I do, it pulls up the resume/restart pause menu. No matter what I try, I can’t get rice from the serving bowl to the plate. Is this something that can be fixed?

Why can’t you guys make it so I can earn enough gems to keep playing without forking over my entire paycheck? I have to quit bc I’m not giving you any more money for gems. I’ll come back and play if you fix this.
