The app refuses to open. No helpful answers from customer support. Now I have to spend time to get a refund. Buyer beware as it may not work on your phone.

They obviously ran with the money in this one. And u gotta love the “please email us” responses on here. Several emails with “we are working on it” and weeks later it still doesn’t work. I wasted my money. DO NOT BUY. New iPhone, new IOS, THIS APP DOESN’T WORK This WAS my fav app. I used almost every day. After upgrading my iPad it will not open. It’s disappointing since this would have gotten a 5 star rating...

This was go to app and I loved it, but I can’t get it to work. I click on the app and get the LEGO page and it just stays there. ? I have tried to delete and RE-instate, but that didn’t work.

The app won’t open for the iPhone X or beyond IOS 11. Support responds to email with a repeat of your question; no resolution. So disappointing! I gave one star because a rating is required to post a review. There should be guidelines of how long an app will be supported for operating systems, timeline for fixes and refund options. Too many apps are abandoned that result in lost funds to the buyer.
