App keeps crashing

I use this app to create logos and other graphics for people. Every time i open the app it keeps crashing and freezing. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!! This app should be FREE for the way it messes up

Been using this app for work but all of a sudden it doesn’t work anymore! When I put search it says I need internet connection, which I do, and it won’t work with data either (yes I checked my settings) so I uninstalled it and installed it again and now not only is the problem still the same but I can’t restore my purchases meaning the watermark is there and the fonts that I had everything disappeared and I can’t recover it! It’s very frustrating especially since I spent money on it.

Even when the app is up to date it won’t stop crashing when I try to start a new project. Super frustrating!

Lost in irig hell
This was pretty cool until after I cancelled and deleted for a little while when I wasn’t working It continued to charge EVERY WEEK! What AP charges you every week? This rip off ap. I paid in full for th e ap when I first realized I liked it then I kept seeing 1.99 every week! On my credit card. I reported and canceled and deleted the ap and now it started charging again when I don’t even have the ap on my phone. I guess I’m downloading again until somebody calls me back. What a rip off. Cool ap bad business

Downloaded the app. Edited one pic. Went to reset to do another, and it shuts down every time. Reloaded app, restarted phone, even purchased the app. Will not allow a reset.

I paid for the Pro version. The ads are still present as if I have not paid. Not to mention that it literally crashes EVERY single time I try to use is. Sometimes it crashes immediately then sometimes it lets me begin a project but never finish it. I have emailed the developers to no avail with no response. I would like a refund.

I have been using Font Candy for years now and purchased the full version for several dollars when I first got it. The app then kept crashing and freezing so I recently went ahead and deleted and reinstalled this program. The good news was that it seemed to fix the glitching BUT now its wanting me to pay weekly for what I have already paid for when I originally purchased the app. I get subscription services when there is a lot of new content constantly but there is only a few new things that I can live without and now so many of the same options I was previously enjoying through my paid app is now available only in the “pro” subscription for $1.99 a week. This is ridiculous. If you want to make a subscription service then by all means you have the right to, but do so with new exciting content and don’t take away things from people who have already paid for the app and now tell them its not enough that you paid once, you need to pay weekly to have the same services.
