You have to buy coins from the developer to view lists such as People Following You That Your Not Following Back. The thing is, you have to pay EACH TIME you want to view each list. I paid $.99 for 200 coins (but only got 100 coins) and they were almost gone within a half hour while I played around with the app.

App is pretty standard and works well despite ocasional crashes. The follows also take ages to get to you.
