I downloaded this app months ago, back when it was just called “Followers” (didn’t have “Pro” in the name) and I paid $9.99 plus tax for the premium features of the app (which was already a lot of money for what you get, but luckily I had a gift card). It worked great for a few days, but then I get a message saying I needed to delete my “followers” app and download the new “Followers Pro” version, and that my purchase would carry over. I did as told, and of course... doesn’t work. I have hit the “restore purchase” button multiple times, I’ve tried deleting and downloading the app again, and nothing. The worst part? I have sent them probably 5 or 6 emails about this issue. Most of these emails they never answered. I did get a standard reply to one of them telling me to hit “restore purchases,” even though I clearly stated in my email that I had already tried that. I really just either want to get my money back, or to be able to access the features I paid for. I didn’t think that was too much to ask, but apparently it is. I didn’t want to have to give a bad review because the old version worked great and I got what I paid for- for a few days, but for months I’ve been trying to reach them with little to no response, and that is frustrating.

I downloaded this app months ago and I could unfollow users who didn't follow me back for free. Then I installed this month's update and now I have to pay to do that? Bogus. No, thanks!

Had purchased this app and every time they update it they FORCE YOU to pay again! Restore purchase will not get you, your old access back it’s a SCAM!!!

I paid for pro but now I don’t have access after updating. I have clicked the restore function like 30 times at least but it never restores the pro features that I paid for. There is zero support - click support in the store and it just takes you to their faq with no way of contacting them on their site. Of course, I feel like a jerk for recommending this app in a few photographer groups I’m a part of before it stopped functioning.

I just sent in my FIFTH support request. I expect it will be ignored like all the others have. The app will no longer allow me to log in to log into IG. Logging in either leads to a “page not found” - after inputting credentials - or a repeated loop of, “session expired”, with a choice login or cancel. Hitting login merely brings up the same dialog bog yet again. In short, the app I paid for has become useless.
