Terrible! Less than one star

Won’t load!! Crashes repeatedly!! Wouldn’t use it if I didn’t have to with my office. Would be great if it worked. ?

The app doesn't work over wifi, support is amazingly slow to respond and they just say "please send a screenshot" It's not my job, as a customer to help you troubleshoot your terrible app. App will only load over wifi and the mobile site will not load the text messages.... Don't plan to get any work done on the go and certainly don't don't expect to get any real help from support. Their response is "thus is a known issue and we can't fix it." Wow

Doesn't work as planned

The app doesn't work well, I called customer service and they are aware of the problem that has been going on for months. In my opinion a company shouldn't release an app if they haven't test it properly.
Like the the look of the update, hate the functionality.

I loved that you used to be able to call the lead from the app and it would log the call on the computer. So if you got a bad number on a brand new lead while out of the office you could log it right away. Since the update you can't do that anymore. Then the next screen would take you immediately into setting up a task reminder to follow up with the lead, something critical. Now we do t have that option since the update. You have to do everything separately on your PC which makes extra work, especially if you aren't in front of your computer and you have to remember it later. Please bring this feature back. It was the only reason I used the app!!!

It is so clear that great developers worked on this app update, nice sleek look, much faster ( I have 20+ contacts on it) the problem I see is that this developers don't understand the day to day activity of a real estate agent, I'm sure they never lead gen cold calling with a scrip or follow up calls and emails with clients. Basic (and very important items lost in the update) 1) I can't anymore identify cell phone vs home phone or work phone in a contact on the app. 2) activity log removed 3) calls from the app doesn't get recorded in the activity log anymore This a very basic functionalities that got lost. Not COOL follow up boss and you did it right on spring when the market is hot and busy.

So pleased to have text exchanges tracked in the app as that's a large portion of our communication with 1st time homebuyers and even older folks too!
