They say they are SECURE !!!! YEA RIGHT !!!! One day I checked my email and guess what came up ???? Of course FOLDER LOCK SECRET INFORMATION I had SECURELY stored SO I THOUGHT !!!!! I wrote Folder Lock Support and asked WHY this showed up on my email and they EVADED the question all together !!! SAVE your money and GO somewhere else because they have NO SECURITY if it shows up on my email for NO REASON !! APPLE needs to get there act together because this is the SECOND APP I’ve paid for for SECURITY reasons and they BOTH FAILED BADLY !!! The other App was PIA or PRIVATE INTERNET ACCESS and the SUPORT would NOT REPLY to repeated emails for help ! I jumped APPLE and told them what I think of them SUPPORTING such and got a full refund ! APPLE is NOT as smart as they try to represent themselves to be , so BEWARE of what they support !

Great app but needs X update

App works great but there is no unlock for facial recognition on the X? I upgraded from a 7 that was set on fingerprint unlock. I couldn’t access on the X because it was waiting for my fingerprint. I had to go back to my 7 reset password from fingerprint to alphanumeric password then re set up my new XS Max. That worked and I now have access but have to enter the password. Facial recognition would be quicker? Other than that it works great!

After upgrading to the iPhone xs max from my iPhone 6s plus which had touch id as the way of logging in the app, now i cant even open it because it waits for my touch id instead of facial unlock on the Xs MAX. Please update

I loved this app to save important data when it worked. Now after updating my iPhone X to iOS 12 the app keeps crashing. The app keeps crashing at the unlock screen. Please fix this bug!!!
