Great app. But where is their data sourced from?

Great app. Super easy to look things up on-the-fly. My only complaint is that the dev doesn't specifically say where he got his FODMAP data from.

I love this app. Simple and easy to use. Great for doing a quick search while in the grocery store. They want to hear feedback and you can send in when there is a food not in their database. If you have stomach issues and have not tried FODMAP, I highly suggest it.

Very handy guide to help quickly know what you can eat or not. Has most foods in their basic form but not brand name processed foods.

As someone knew to the FODMAP experience, I find this app helpful. While reading a menu for example, I can have the app open and just scroll through the ingredients to see if they're acceptable. The list is not exhaustive but it does list a lot more items than other lists I've seen, especially the free ones.

Paid for full access only to see how foods affect other people? You can say how a food affects you but it doesn't save your response for future reference? What is the point?

Wish it had more specific items but it is an excellent start for those having recurrent stomach issues...easy to use, very helpful.
