As one of the legions of photographers who hates to lug heavy equipment I always missed the option of shallow depth of field that DSLR lenses allow. Fix your own blur with mask options even in Photoshop never look quite right. 90% of shots taken with this app are outstanding (like all blur algorithms it can't blur hair properly but feh). Too bad it only works with dual cameras. I wish it had the option to edit pix made with other apps but I'm sure within the next few years a universal shallow depth of field will be attainable. Until then, no photographer of any kind should be without this.

As someone who never writes reviews— I seriously cannot recommend an app more. This is the ultimate secret weapon for photo editing with the iPhone X. I constantly receive compliments along the lines of my work “appearing to have been taken with a DSLR camera” and it is ten fold because of this app.

Now THIS is what I expected from Portrait Mode from the day I got my 7+. This unlocks so much more of what the camera can do; I’ve already taken many shots that are impossible with the default camera app. I would like to see one feature added: the ability to tweak existing lens profiles. Mainly, I would like to remove the lens distortion, but it would also be nice to be able to make a new lens profile by tweaking an existing one, instead of starting completely from scratch.

Great results, and easy to learn. Developer did a great job here. Highly recommended.

This app is amazing and if you iPhone is your primary way of taking photos the lifetime subscription is a great deal. The only thing I do have a question about is red eye correction, I haven’t seen any way to do this? Also $10 for this app for a lifetime subscription is a great deal and I am not sure how anyone could expect to get all of this functionality for free.
