HELP PLEASE!!! Am I banned?

The app stopped working when I open the app it loads and when it says loading complete it stays on the same loading screen. And in the backround I hear the wisp mother Please fix this this has been going on this whole month This has not stop yet I banned?? PLEASE HELP!

I like this game. I would have given it five stars, but it's really glitchy and crashes every time I try to spin for coins, or if I try to collect coins too quickly. I like that you don't have to spend real money in order to advance in the game. You can if you want to advance fast but it's not necessary.

There a problem I love this game don’t get me wrong it’s very relaxing but recently well today actually when I go to check my flowers to fuse them it kicks me out of the app

This game is relaxing for me, but you have to have so many coins to clear the forest and watching the same videos over and over to get coins is boring. I end up not playing for very long because it takes so long to get the coins. And each time it gets higher and higher in coins, so I go to some other game.

One of the things that I appreciate the most about this game is that you don’t have to make a lot of in app purchases in order to play and progress in it. There are many games available which are fun but require you to spend real money on them in order to move up or forward in the game. Don’t get me wrong! If you want to spend money on the game, you definitely can! And it’ll definitely help you out. But it’s not necessary so great for kids or those trying to be cautious with what they spend money on. This super cute and fun game is so addictive. It reminds me a bit of My Singing Monsters in that it’s a collection game of adorable creatures. But it also has plenty of its own unique qualities. Attract, collect, and breed your moths, then you can send them on missions to get rewards! All of these moths are super cute!
