REQUIREMENTS
- Headphones without an embedded microphone.
- Pre-iPhone 5 users can record and listen at the same time. iPhone 5+ users can record and listen afterwards, as the headphones prevent the mic from being placed against skin.
TIPS FOR FINDING HEARTBEAT
- Feel for the baby's back and place the phone's mic against that spot; it's closest to their heart. Monitor your own pulse to differentiate between yours and your baby's. Your baby's should be over 120BPM and higher pitched. It won't be below 100BPM. A silent room, long recording, and strong heartbeat are required for accurate BPM.
- Bigger headphones are better. The loudest frequencies of the heart are very low, and small speakers and headphones won't be able to play them.
- Take your phone out of its case. Boost the volume if needed and try to set the noise reduction so you can hear the beats but no white noise in-between.

I used this app with my first pregnancy and now on my second I was going to use it again so I went and downloaded it and it will not restore my previous purchase. I've emailed support to get no reply Plz fix and I'll change my rating!

Horrible app . not free at all . and does not work . I downloaded it and it wouldnt let me hear the heartbeat without paying $1.99 . The app doesnt allow u to do anything without paying. Dont bother downloading

Ok so I went to download just to see and give it a try...once you download it for FREE and you press the begin button a window pops up for you to pay $1.99 to use the features... Leaving you with a useless app unless you pay the 1.99...not free at all!!!

It doesn't pick up any heartbeat at all, it picks up is random noises in a completely quiet room. Horrible app don't waste your money on it.
