Key Detection is Lacking

I’m playing on an acoustic piano that’s professionally tuned once a year. It’s incredibly frustrating when I play the correct notes but the app doesn’t detect it. Even worse when I pause to try to go back in a measure where the app thinks I screwed up and it picks up the lightest neutral sounds. They should really HIGHLY advise using a midi connection because their audio recording is really inconsistent. $60 subscription, which I was hoping to continue, is now a waste.
You can’t use the app without a piano.

If you don’t have piano like me, there is no point in getting this app. It also needs a mic. So, I logged in and it said continue without a piano so I pressed that and it still didn’t let me play the app without a piano so don’t download this app with out a piano and you may think this review is harsh but it’s not I simply want the developer of this app to make a way to play the app without a piano cause I do not enough money to get a piano.

I learned that the “c” position is a major hand position for a lot of melodies. I learned the the Beethoven song “Ode to Joy” can be played in the RH C position which this app helped me to master. Though I’m in the process of learning to read music, It’s good that I can see the music notes as I’m playing. This app is very helpful and I am excited to learn the next lesson.

Lessons are good, but a bit fast in the beginning. Interface is annoying. A push any key to continue would be much better. After nearly a month of use I found the courses to be lacking. Pace is way too fast, and it does not grade many things the desktop app I’ve been used to using does. For example this app only grades keys hit, so if you hold down a key too long it doesn’t say anything. Also gives no overall feedback for tempo and timing. Another annoying thing is the scroll speed is not consistent.

This app works terrible, half the time if you just pound random notes it counts it as correct. I could roll my face side to side on the piano and it would think I’m playing motzart

I didn’t get the premium but I can’t do anything none of the songs are unlocked I can’t finish the lesson or course and it’s super annoying it’s not fair just because I don’t play doesn’t mean I shouldn’t get to finish stuff and it doesn’t teach me half an ounce but almost all the songs have half an ounce doesn’t he teach me eighth notes about all the songs have eight notes it’s the worst one of all I can’t believe I got this game and everybody who gave 5 to 4 stars they got the premium and it’s not fair to you to spend $118 a year which turned into like 120 a year I mean a year for a bunch of lessons I take private lessons and it’s not that much I mean I don’t have that money for a year I can’t give away that much money a year I can’t
