Great app....could use some modern style arrangements as well as some variety of gift baskets...but very easy to use...3 stars because of the crashing.

Tried to send a bouquet the next day but had to settle for the following day. My card was immediately charged when I completed the checkout process, however, there has been no comfirmation of the order being received. The charge came from Flowers Across America, but can access their website to save my life. Guess I have to wait and see if the flowers get to their intended destination....then I'll jump into action if need be.
Flowers not delivered

Had a bouquet of flowers ordered for a sat delivery and they have not been delivered. I'm going to call a local florist next time and actually talk to someone.

Flowers never delivered! I contacted customer service and it is a email address that no on responds to!! Do not use this flower app!
Flowers not delivered on selected delivery day

Ordered flowers, paid extra for same day delivery. I had neglected to put apartment number on order but they did not call until the following day. Customer service was extremely rude on the phone when I asked why they did not call the previous day. I cancelled the order. Even called back shortly after to confirm cancellation. Then six hours later the order was delivered. My credit card has been charged. Because I had cancelled the order, I reordered with another vendor. So now I have been charged for two orders. Don't use this app!!!!!

the keyboard function to info is stuck sideways and I struggled to enter all the billing and delivery info... Then when it got to entering the card info it got stuck and wouldn't complete . Lame
